The modular design of v5 of the Holacracy Constitution means that after adoption of Article 1 Organization Structure, each of the remaining 4 articles can be adopted in any order at any time; and each introduces a new set of rules which create the conditions for embedding self-organization more deeply,  deepening the powershift and realising the potential more fully of your people and organisation. 

This article introduces the Tactical Meeting process and the rules around when and how it can be used; which starts to bring the Distributed Authority practices from the first Article into operational meetings.
