The modular design of v5 of the Holacracy Constitution means that after adoption of 'Article 1 Organization Structure', each of the remaining 4 articles can be adopted in any order at any time; and each introduces a new set of rules which create the conditions for a deepening of the powershift. 

This article introduces the Governance Process process and the rules around when and how it can be used; which expands the distribution of authority from the day-to-day work into the realm of structuring and evolving the organisation.
