This unit explores how it can be important for each person in a Self-Organizing System:

• to be aware of a sense of what their own personal purpose in the world might be
• so they can assess the extent to which their own purpose is aligned with the purpose of the organisation they are a part of
• and also with the Roles that they lead and the Circles they are a part of.

Because, when these purposes are all aligned, work can be a flowing and resourcing experience; and when they are not it can be a chore and draining!
