My experience with self-organising is primarily with the environmental organisation Extinction Rebellion.  I've been with the organisation since near its inception in 2018/19 and have been coordinating UK wide teams since early 2020.  I also advised Lara Stein (founder of Ted X) on setting up self-organising for a climate change festival linked to the UN.

Extinction Rebellion UK uses a variant of Holacracy (a simplified form suitable for a large scale voluntary organisation).  I am their primary self-organising trainer and coach. I have given over well over 70 self-organising training and coaching sessions for Extinction Rebellion.  I also have the role of Constitution Guide for the organisation, meaning that I edit and update the constitution.  I also have the role of helping regional  Extinction Rebellion groups adopt self-organising.
