Tactical Meetings
This part of the Self-Organization Adoption Program covers the essentials of what you need to know and put in place to adopt/adapt the Tactical Meetings article of v5 of the Holacracy Constitution.
Ideally this would be done over one month in a single team or multiple teams, with all team members learning the essentials by accessing materials; but can be done at whatever pace you like.
