1. Develop Groups as Interconnected Systems

Establish a relational infrastructure with person-to-person communication, a high degree of trust, psychological safety, and belonging. Move from experiencing groups as a collection of individuals; to an interconnected set of relationships functioning as a whole (system).

2. Redefine Feedback Culture (Part I) as an Investment

Start with appreciative feedback! Transform the conventional practice of feedback as personal/ critical/ uncomfortable→ to being an investment in sustaining relationships that offers essential data to improve performance and outcomes.

3. Stay in Connection Across Differences

Build the capacity to stay in connection with others –transforming differences from threats that are a source of conflict and division to crucial parts of the collective intelligence. The wisdom of the whole emerges from the synergistic interaction of all individuals.

4. Redefine Feedback Culture (Part II) Growth Happens

Once there is a sufficient healthy relational foundation and people have the capacity to stay in connection with differences→ASK for and offer differentiating feedback–data about the impact of our differences.  An essential path to growth and innovation.

5. Distribute Group & Leadership Roles & Perspectives

How the program works

Online Components

  • To make the most of the live trainings, all content which can be taught online is provided in pre-recorded videos & other materials.

  • Instructions for actions/activities to do in between sessions are also provided to help the learning stick.

Live Group Trainings

  • Most (not all) weeks include live online group sessions to practice what is being taught in the context of a real group.

  • Along with opportunities for personal reflection and questions.

I co-founded Matrix Leadership in 1990. For over 30 years, I have been facilitating groups and trainings. I consider myself a social artist, and I work as a trainer, facilitator, and consultant.

In addition to my work with groups, I also offer team, executive, and life coaching to individuals, partnerships, and teams. I was a trainer for the Hakomi Institute of Body-Centred Psychotherapy for 15 years, and I was an owner/practitioner in Wellspring, Partners in Health (a holistic medical clinic) for 15 years.

HolacracyOne, the organization that founded Holacracy) and am one of only 7 Holacracy Master Coaches in the world. I have distilled the lessons I've learned into a series of online programmes and expert support.
