Most of the time, the hardest thing about changing how a team works isn't finding the right method. It's making sense of what's actually going on — the dynamics you can feel but can't quite name, the patterns that keep recurring, the gap between how things should work and how they actually do.
EXPERIMENTS & QUESTIONS is a monthly drop-in conversation where you can bring whatever is live for you — a frustration, a pattern you've noticed, something you've tried that isn't landing, a question you don't have the words for yet — and think it through with a small group and an experienced practitioner.
This isn't a training session. There's no curriculum, no slides, no predetermined agenda. You bring what's real. We work with it together.
